how long is a session?
A two hour session is recommended as a minimum to give your body time to adjust to the field and your mind time to enter a deep state of relaxation. Many people prefer overnight sessions to kick start and speed up your healing.
What to do before a session?
Ensure that you are well hydrated and start hydrating 24 hours before a session. Eating a small meal is fine but try to avoid overeating and unhealthy foods. be prepared to enter a deep state of relaxation.
what to do after a session?
It is highly recommended and indeed part of the treatment to have a detoxifying sea salt bath within 24 hours after the end of your session as your body will be releasing built up toxins and the sea salt bath helps draw them out. Eat a healthy plant based meal and avoid excess caffeine, alcohol and nicotine
How many session will i need?
Every person is different. The effects are cumulative, so people with chronic or more severe conditions will want to spend more time in the system. Healing your body is a marathon, not a sprint, and for most people there is a history of years of illness or damage. For some people, one overnight session is enough to provided staggering results.
How will I feel after a session?
Every person is different and will have a different response so there is no standard to what people will feel. Some people feel fantastic during the session or immediately afterwards. Some people need time to notice changes, and some don’t notice changes, but that doesn’t mean that there are none. Some people even experience deep emotional release during or after a session.
